Your Present Help: Taking Advantage of The Spirit of God in You.

Some moments in life can leave you overwhelmed, not because you’ve run a race, but because of what just happened. Maybe you had a heated argument with your spouse, and now the word “divorce” lingers in the air, or perhaps you made a financial decision that went sideways, and you’re wondering, “What do I do now?” It could be a sudden health report you didn’t expect, or a troubling dream that’s left you anxious, questioning if it’s a sign of danger. “Your Present Help: Taking Advantage of The Spirit of God in You”
Life happens, sometimes fast, sometimes quietly, and before you know it, you’re sitting alone, wondering what to do next. But remember, you’re never alone, and you’re not without help.
As a child of God, you carry the greatest advantage; the Holy Spirit. He’s not just a comfort for the past but grace for your now. He is your helper, your guide, and your solution right now.
The Bible says,
“His mercies are new every morning.” (Lamentations 3:23)
That means God’s help is fresh for today. Whether you’re dealing with something that just happened or a situation you’ve been carrying for a while, the Holy Spirit is here to help you navigate it.
Grace isn’t only for past mistakes, it’s also for the sudden challenges of today. That’s why Jesus gave us the Holy Spirit, so we can live in victory every moment.
When your heart races with fear, pray in tongues. It realigns your spirit and brings the Holy Spirit’s wisdom to the surface. When your mind replays the scene over and over, stop and speak to yourself: “By my God, I can run through a troop; by my God, I can leap over a wall.” (Psalm 18:29)
This isn’t about trying harder. It’s about activating the help you already have. Say, “Holy Spirit, I take Your help now.”
The Bible says in Ephesians 6:16;
“Take the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.”
Even if the dart came five minutes ago, Grace still responds. So, stay in the Word. Listen to Spirit-filled messages. Read books that remind you of who you are in Christ. Pray in tongues. Keep your advantage, the Holy Spirit, active.
Grace is not coming later, it’s already here. The Holy Spirit is your present help, and He’s at work in you right now.
Say This:
I take advantage of the Holy Spirit in me. He is my present help and my advantage now. I refuse fear and worry. I receive direction, peace, and wisdom to walk through any situation in victory. My advantage is working.
